The PSC Scholarship (Engineering) – HTX (Home Team Science and Technology Agency), is offered to students who are keen to pursue an engineering career.

Ministry of Home Affairs. There will be opportunities for one to be posted to other Home Team agencies in the course of one’s career.

Computer Science / Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Engineering Science, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Information Systems & Communication Technology, Physics and Mathematics

Eligibility
You will need to:
Be a Singapore Citizen
Have outstanding academic results:
GCE 'A' Levels (with at least 10 academic units)
International Baccalaureate (IB)
Polytechnic Diploma (with Merit) or equivalent
Perform well in National Service (for male applicants)
Have good Co-Curricular Activity (CCA) records
All MHA scholarships are open to male and female applicants.

As a PSC Scholarship (Engineering) scholar tied to MHA, your career progression will generally follow that of PSC (Open) scholars. You will be placed within HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency) on its technical specialist (XT) scheme.
Postings
Upon graduation, scholarship holders will be posted to their parent agency and they will deepen their technical expertise in their engineering cluster for up to 4 years.
