MHA Job Application Process

Step 1: Submit Your Application
Apply for positions through Careers@Gov
If you are shortlisted, you will hear from us via email within 2 to 4 weeks.
Step 2: Interviews and Assessment
If you are shortlisted, here’s what to expect:
Interviews: We will have conversations to get to know you better. Come ready to share your background, career goals, strengths, and achievements. This is also your opportunity to learn about us—ask questions about the role and our workplace culture to help you decide if it is right for you.
Assessments: You might be required to take psychometric and/or written tests. There will also be medical examinations to ensure you are physically fit for an exciting career with the Home Team.
Step 3: Job Offer
If successful, you will receive a formal offer 5 to 6 weeks after your interview.
