This report looks at leadership considerations of emerging workforce attitudes in the new normal. It is important to explore the shifts driven by the evolving nature of work as we gradually ease into the next normal. In order to remain relevant and to build a resilient team, one has to consider the ways in which the emerging and younger generation of employees are rewiring the existing workforce with their generational attributes, values and preferences.
