Mr Abdul Muhaimin Abdul Malik: To ask the Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs (a) whether the Ministry collects data on the number of drivers caught watching videos or using auto-scrolling social media applications whilst driving; and (b) if so, whether there has been an increasing trend.
