Launch of the Anti-scam Exhibition at the Serangoon Garden Neighbourhood Police Post - Soundbite by Mr Goh Pei Ming, Minister of State, Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Social and Family Development

1. Scams continue to be a serious concern, and we must galvanise the community to raise our scam awareness and vigilance.

2. This Anti-Scam Exhibition Zone at Serangoon Garden NPP brings important scam prevention knowledge to our heartlands and complements our other outreach efforts.

3. Fighting scams is a community effort. I urge everyone to stay vigilant and verify suspicious calls, messages, or emails, especially those claiming to be from government agencies. Remember – no government official will ever ask you to transfer money over a phone call.
