1. Child exploitation and human trafficking do not respect national boundaries. We thus need to work with law enforcement agencies across jurisdictions to tackle crime syndicates that abuse children. We also need to have strong legislative frameworks to ensure that we can tackle the possession, the distribution of explicit materials. At the same time, through workshops such as today’s where we conduct training for forensic investigators, we ensure that we have victim-centricity to ensure better investigative and prosecution outcomes.

2. 剥削和贩卖儿童是不分国界的。因此，我们需要与其他的执法机构紧密合作来打击这些贩卖儿童的犯罪集团。我们也必须建立强有力的立法框架以抵制制作，分销，及持有儿童虐待材料的问题。最后，通过今天联合举办儿童法证面谈工作坊， 我们加强了以受害者为中心的调查过程。这将有利于我们取得更好的调查和最后的起诉效果。
