Question:
Ms Mariam Jaafar: To ask the Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs in the last five years, what proportion of road traffic accidents involving vulnerable road users, particularly motorcyclists and elderly pedestrians, involved speeding or a failure to comply with traffic signals, in view that vulnerable road users continue to account for a disproportionate number of road traffic accidents resulting in injuries or fatalities.
