SGSecure 10th Anniversary exhibition event – Soundbite by Ms Sim Ann, Second Minister for Foreign Affairs and Second Minister for Home Affairs

1. Today, as we commemorate the 10th anniversary of the SGSecure movement, we are thankful that Singapore enjoys peaceful and ordinary days, safe from terrorism, because of the efforts of our security agencies, community partners and everyone who has played their role.

2. However, the threat of terrorism to Singapore remains high and continues to evolve. We must not let our guard down.

3. Keeping Singapore safe is a shared responsibility. Let us continue to do our part by staying vigilant, prepared and united, so that we can protect the peace and way of life that we cherish.
