Mr Ng Shi Xuan: To ask the Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs whether relevant records in the register of criminals are shared with other Government agencies such as the Ministry of Social and Family Development and the Ministry of Ed ucation to screen prospective employees applying for positions that involve access to vulnerable groups.

1. The Ministry of Home Affairs shares relevant criminal records with various Government agencies, such as the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and Ministry of Education (MOE), when they conduct pre-employment screening for positions that inv olve access to vulnerable groups.
