Tightening requirements for conversion of foreign driving licences

Ms Tin Pei Ling: To ask the Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs whether the requirements for conversion of foreign driving licence will be reviewed and tightened further.

Mr K Shanmugam, Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs:

1. The Traffic Police will continue to monitor the road traffic trends relating to motorists who convert their foreign driving licence and will review requirements where necessary.
