Question:
Mr Dennis Tan Lip Fong: To ask the Minister for Home Affairs (a) whether the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) has now completed its investigation of the chairman and management of Swiber Holdings and its related companies; (b) if so, whether CAD will proceed with any charges for any offences; and (c) if not, when is the investigation expected to complete.
Answer:
1. Police investigations into Swiber Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries are still ongoing. It is inappropriate for me to comment further.
