Question:
Mr Shawn Huang Wei Zhong: To ask the Minister for Home Affairs with regard to crowd control during festive seasons (a) how does the Ministry use social media and other digital platforms to communicate real-time information to the public; (b) what specific safety measures are implemented to prevent incidents such as stampedes, overcrowding, or other emergencies during festive gatherings; and (c) whether emergency services are prepared to respond to potential incidents during high-density events and what are the protocols in place to ensure rapid and effective responses.
