Mr Chua Kheng Wee Louis: To ask the Minister for Home Affairs (a) in each year over the last five years, what is the number of traffic accidents involving foreign-registered vehicles; and (b) what is the recourse for local motorists should there be difficulty in making insurance claims following such accidents.
