Question:
Ms Hazel Poa: To ask the Minister for Home Affairs what is the duration of time taken by the Traffic Police at the 5th, 50th and 95th percentiles to complete investigations into traffic accidents.
Answer:
Mr K Shanmugam, Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Law:
1. The Traffic Police does not track the data that the Member requested. The time taken would depend on many factors, such as the number of vehicles involved and availability of witnesses. Each case could differ significantly.
