Question:
Mr Murali Pillai: To ask the Minister for Home Affairs in relation the 18,700 cases of white-collar crime that the police investigated involving a total subject matter value of about $4.49 billion from 2017 to 2021 (a) what is the cumulative dollar value of assets that the police have recovered; and (b) how much of this amount has been returned to the victims of such crimes.

1. Police do not track the cumulative dollar value of assets recovered, and the amount returned to the victims.
