I design curricula and methodologies that help Home Team officers learn the necessary competencies and be more effective in their jobs. I am grateful to have received the MHA Study Award for a Master's course I took up to deepen my knowledge in adult learning and education, and for HTA senior management’s faith in me.

Centre for Learning Systems

HTA has helped me discover the different paths to develop myself. For example, we are strongly encouraged to seek out training opportunities to upskill. This has indeed made me a more competent and confident officer, as I go about assisting to drive and implement heritage development plans and initiatives across the Home Team.
