Written Reply to Parliamentary Question on Enhancing Road Safety Initiatives for Motorcyclists and Elderly Pedestrians

Question:

Mr Shawn Huang Wei Zhong: To ask the Minister for Home Affairs with regard to the vulnerability of motorcyclists and elderly pedestrians in traffic accidents (a) whether there are any plans to introduce new safety initiatives or enhance existing measures specifically targeting these vulnerable groups; and (b) whether the Government is exploring the use of technology or innovative solutions to improve road safety for motorcyclists and elderly pedestrians.
