1. From 17 July 2025, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) will operate its own National Service (NS) Contact Centre.
2. National Servicemen (NSmen) from the Singapore Police Force and Singapore Civil Defence Force, and their employers, will be able to send their NS-related enquiries to the MHA NS Contact Centre. This will allow MHA to provide more direct and timely responses. Currently, all NS-related enquiries are submitted through the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) NS Contact Centre.
3. The MHA NS Contact Centre’s contact details and operating hours will be as follows:
