The Permit Officer may grant a society a permit or permits to promote or conduct a tombola or lucky draw if the society fulfils the Permit Criteria.
All societies issued with a tombola or lucky draw permit must comply with the following:
Societies must also comply with all other provisions under the Private Lotteries Act, the regulations under it and any such further conditions that the Permit Officer may impose.

The normal processing time for applications and renewals is about 2 months from the receipt of the application and the necessary supporting documents.
